This 6-week, Wednesday evening pottery course in Fort Worth is perfect for both beginners and intermediate students looking to build their skills on the wheel! 🌱 Beginner Students: Our beginner wheel throwing classes will guide you through all the fundamentals of working with clay on the wheel. You’ll learn essential techniques like clay preparation and wedging, centering clay on the wheel, pulling walls, creating basic shapes like cylinders and bowls, attaching handles, and an introduction to glazing your finished pieces. 🌿 Intermediate Students: For those with prior experience, our intermediate pottery classes will help you gain confidence and expand your skills. You’ll explore more advanced techniques such as making lidded forms, pulling and attaching refined handles, throwing larger pots, and experimenting with surface decoration to make your work stand out—or bring your own creative ideas and we'll teach you how to bring them to life!
